What should I tell you?
Vehicle type, year and make. What happened and roughly when. Whether it is an insurance claim and if so the carrier. And whether the vehicle is drivable or needs transporting.
Photographs help enormously if you have them, particularly wide shots showing the whole panel rather than close ups of the damage.

What does an estimate cost?
An RV systems evaluation is $150. A diagnostic assessment including scan and programming work is $285 per hour with a one hour minimum. Both are refundable as a credit against an authorized repair, so if you proceed with the work the estimate effectively costs nothing.
We do not offer these at no charge. An estimate performed properly takes a technician off revenue work, and a report worth relying on cannot be produced in fifteen minutes in a car park.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Sunday.
