Yorba Linda, California / Owners, fleets and departments
Who we help
OCRV Center works with individual RV and camper van owners, commercial fleet operators, mobile business owners and municipal departments. Each has a different constraint. An owner living in the coach cares about displacement. A fleet cares about uptime. A department cares about procurement.
The repair may be identical and the job still is not. A collision on a coach somebody lives in full time and the same collision on the fourth truck in a delivery fleet produce the same labor hours and completely different problems for the person paying.
These pages cover what each type of customer actually needs from a repair facility, and how we handle it.
RV, Camper and Van Owners
Individual owners are the largest group we work with. The constraint that matters is displacement. Someone living in the coach full time has a housing problem while it is in shop, and someone using it four weekends a year has a scheduling problem. Those need different handling.

Commercial and Business
For commercial customers the constraint is uptime, not price. We stage multi unit work so a fleet never loses every vehicle at once, bill per unit against purchase orders, and confine ourselves to body, paint, structural and equipment work rather than engine or drivetrain.

Mobile Business Owners
For a mobile business the vehicle is the premises. Downtime is not inconvenience, it is closure, and the build inside is usually worth several times the vehicle. Both facts change how the work has to be handled and documented.
- Food Truck Owners and OperatorsThe kitchen is worth more than the truck and is usually uninsured. Body, graphics and build

- Trade and Field Service BusinessesTrade service vehicles need secure storage, adequate power and an interior that takes daily
Municipal and Government
Municipal work adds procurement to every other constraint. Purchase orders, documented scope, per unit invoicing and public accountability all matter, and a shop that cannot handle that paperwork creates work for a department that already has enough.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with individual owners or only businesses?
Both, and roughly evenly. A full time RVer living in the coach and a fleet manager with thirty box trucks have completely different constraints, and we schedule and communicate differently for each.
Do you handle multi vehicle fleet work?
Yes, and we stage it. A fleet never has all its units down at once. Work is sequenced so you keep operating, and each unit is billed separately against its own purchase order where that is how you buy.
Can you work with a government purchase order?
Yes. Municipal and school district work through standard purchase order and procurement processes is routine here.
I live in my RV. Where do I stay during the repair?
That is the first thing we sort out at intake, because it changes the whole schedule. We tell you the realistic timeline up front rather than discovering it at week five, and we stage work so a full timer is not displaced longer than necessary.
