Yorba Linda, California / Process, proof and reference
Resources
These pages cover how OCRV Center works and how to evaluate repair work generally. Our process and real timelines, documented case studies with labor hours, facility specifications, neutral comparison tables, calculators and a glossary of the vocabulary used in RV collision estimating.
Most of what a customer needs to evaluate a repair estimate is vocabulary and context, and almost none of it is published anywhere. What does betterment mean. Why is a scarfed joint different from a butt joint. How many days should this actually take.
These pages answer that. Some of them are about us. Most of them are just reference material that happens to be useful whether or not you bring the vehicle here.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is actually in these resources?
Our stage by stage process with realistic timelines, documented case studies with labor hours and outcomes, facility specifications, neutral comparison tables on roofing, substrates and slide systems, calculators, and a glossary of the vocabulary used in RV collision work.
Why publish a glossary?
Because RV collision repair has a dense private vocabulary and no other shop in this market publishes one. If you do not know what betterment, a scarf joint or a diamonded frame means, you cannot evaluate an estimate that uses those terms.
Are the case studies real customers?
They are representative composites drawn from typical jobs rather than identified customers. The vehicles, damage types, labor hours and outcomes reflect real work, the identities do not.
