Vehicle type is not a marketing category here, it is a repair category. A laminated fiberglass coach over Azdel, an aluminum stick and tin trailer over lauan, and a unibody Sprinter are three genuinely different repair problems even when the visible damage looks identical. Which one you own determines whether a dent is cosmetic or structural, whether water intrusion causes a bond failure or rot, and whether the panel can be repaired at all.

Recreational vehicles cover motorhomes, campers, fifth wheels and towable trailers. OCRV Center repairs all four categories in Yorba Linda, including collision, fiberglass, roof, slide and interior work. Body and paint labor is posted at $210 per hour and every repair is performed inside our 35,000 square foot facility.
Vans are unibody, meaning the body panels carry structural load rather than sitting on a frame. That makes correction less forgiving than frame work and makes ADAS recalibration mandatory afterward. Converted vans add a second problem: build value that is usually undocumented.
Electric and hybrid vehicles change two things about body repair: high voltage disable procedure precedes any work, and on most platforms the battery pack is structural. Both are procedural rather than difficult, and both add time to the front of a job.
Commercial vehicle work here covers cab body repair, box and cargo body work, full refinish, structural correction and equipment installation. Collision repair runs $1,500 to $50,000 and up at 10 to 250 labor hours. We do body, paint and structural work only, not engine or drivetrain.
Bus and municipal fleet work covers body, paint, structural and equipment installation on transit, school, emergency and public works vehicles. Upfit equipment is catalogued during removal and correctly reinstalled. No engine, drivetrain or DOT inspection work.
Mobile business vehicles are a workplace and a vehicle at the same time, which makes downtime a revenue problem rather than an inconvenience. We handle body, structural, build out and equipment mounting work, with scheduling planned around your booking calendar.

Is there a size limit on what fits in your facility?
The bays and the paint booths take a 45 foot coach. Two heated downdraft booths at 65 feet by 20 feet are the practical limit, and length is the usual reason a general body shop turns RV work away.
Do you work on vehicles from every model year?
Yes. We currently have vintage coaches in shop alongside current model year Sprinters and Rivians. On older vehicles where panels are no longer manufactured we mould replacements in house.
Does the repair approach change by vehicle type?
Substantially. A laminated fiberglass coach, an aluminum stick and tin trailer and a unibody Sprinter fail differently and repair differently. Sidewall construction alone determines whether damage is cosmetic or structural.
Do you service engines on commercial trucks?
No. On commercial and fleet vehicles we perform body, paint, structural and equipment installation only. Engine work, drivetrain work and DOT inspections are outside what we take on.
