Privacy Policy
We collect only what a repair enquiry needs, we send it to info@ocrvcenter.com, and we do not sell it. Analytics are consent gated and default to denied. As a California resident you can ask us what we hold and require us to delete it.
What information do you collect?
Only what you send us and what the site measures in aggregate. There is no account system, no login and no profile.
Enquiry information is whatever you type into the quote form or tell us on the phone. Analytics information is aggregate traffic data collected only after you consent.
- Contact details you submit: name, phone, email
- Vehicle and damage details you submit
- Whether the enquiry relates to an insurance claim, and the carrier if you tell us
- Aggregate analytics: pages viewed, referring source, device class, approximate region
- Server logs including IP address, retained briefly for security and abuse prevention
What do you do with it?
Enquiry information is used to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to carry out and document the repair. It is delivered to info@ocrvcenter.com and stored in our business records.
Where a repair is an insurance claim, relevant information is shared with your carrier and any assessor acting for them, because that is how a claim is settled. We do not share it further.
Do you sell my information?
No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
We do not buy contact lists and we do not send unsolicited marketing to people who have not contacted us.
Your rights as a California resident
Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To exercise any of these, email info@ocrvcenter.com or call (949) 799-3387. We will verify who you are before acting, because we are not going to delete or disclose someone else records on an unverified request.

How long do you keep things?
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months and then removed. Repair records are kept as long as required for business, tax and liability purposes, which in practice is several years.
Server logs are kept briefly, measured in days, and are used only for security and abuse prevention.
Children
This is a commercial vehicle repair site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email info@ocrvcenter.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top and, where the change affects how we handle information you already gave us, we will say so plainly rather than quietly revising the text.
