Rate sheet / Revision January 2026
Prices, labor rates and repair hours
OCRV Center publishes its hourly labor rates and a labor hour range for every operation we perform. Body and paint is $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical is $260, diagnostics is $285 and detail is $95. Every price on this site is labor hours times one of those four rates.
Nobody else in this market publishes this. Price ranges alone are easy to put on a website and impossible to verify, which is why almost every shop that shows numbers shows only a range. Hours are what make a figure testable. A front cap replacement at 30 to 120 hours times $210 per hour produces a band you can check against the quote in your hand.
Two honest caveats. These ranges are wide because the work genuinely varies that much, and no shop can give a final number before teardown on structural work. What this page removes is the guesswork about how the number is built.

RV Services
Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes
Motorhome work carries the widest range on this page because a Class A diesel pusher and a Class B van share almost no structure. The hour ranges below are real shop hours, not book time.
Collision and Body
Structural and cosmetic repair for insurance and customer pay work. Front and rear cap work drives the top of these ranges.
| Operation | Price Range | Labor Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Collision repair, insurance and customer pay | $1,000 to $150,000+ | 5 to 800+ hrs |
| Full paint refinish, single stage, base and clear, metallic, multi stage | $5,000 to $35,000+ | 40 to 250 hrs |
| Color match paint blending and panel blending | $500 to $5,000+ | 4 to 25 hrs |
| Fiberglass cap repair, front and rear | $750 to $12,000+ | 4 to 60 hrs |
| Aluminum skin and sidewall replacement, Airstream specialty | $2,500 to $25,000+ | 16 to 120 hrs |
| Delamination repair, sidewall, roof, slide face | $1,500 to $20,000+ | 10 to 100 hrs |

| ADAS scan and recalibration, required after collision | $275 to $1,800 | 1 to 7 hrs |
Roof and Exterior
Roof work is where deferred maintenance turns into structural cost. A reseal is a few hundred. The water damage a failed seal causes is five figures.
| Operation | Price Range | Labor Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Roof recoat and reseal, Dicor, Eternabond | $750 to $4,500+ | 4 to 20 hrs |
| Roof membrane replacement, EPDM, TPO, fiberglass | $3,500 to $18,000+ | 20 to 80 hrs |

| Water damage restoration and subfloor replacement | $750 to $15,000+ | 4 to 60 hrs |
Slides and Awnings
Slide systems fail in predictable ways. Identifying whether the fault is the motor, the controller, the rail or wall flex is what separates a $500 repair from a $7,500 one.

Towables share construction methods with motorhomes but carry their own failure patterns. Water intrusion at the front cap seam and slide rail wear are the two that account for most of the work.

Insurance and carrier billing
We bill every major carrier directly and handle the adjuster communication. Direct repair relationships are available on select carriers. Insurance billed jobs may be billed at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from the posted retail rates above. The labor hours do not change, only the rate applied to them.

Pricing questions
Why do you publish your labor rates when other shops do not?
Because a price range on its own cannot be checked. Once you know the rate is $210 per hour and a front cap replacement runs 30 to 120 hours, you can verify any figure we give you. A shop that publishes neither is asking you to take the number on faith.
Are these prices guaranteed?
No, and no honest shop can guarantee a figure before teardown. These are the real ranges the work falls into and the labor hours behind them. Your specific number comes from a written estimate after the vehicle is assessed in shop.
How is the final invoice calculated?
Labor hours times the posted rate for the department doing the work, plus paint supplies at $55 per paint hour, plus body supplies at $5 per body hour, plus parts at the posted markup, plus 7.75 percent sales tax on parts and materials. Labor is not taxed.
Do I pay for an estimate?
Collision estimates are prepared in shop and insurance walk ins are welcome. An RV systems estimate covering slides, awnings, water, electrical and generators is $150. An in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both are refundable as a credit against an authorized repair.
What deposit do you require?
Fifty percent at authorization on any job over $2,000, and an additional twenty five percent when parts arrive on any job over $10,000. Final balance is due at pickup. Special order parts require a one hundred percent non refundable deposit at order.
Do insurance jobs use these same rates?
Not always. Insurance billed work may be billed at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from the posted retail rates on this page. The labor hours do not change, only the rate applied to them.
Is there a card surcharge?
A 3.5 percent surcharge applies to credit card payments over $1,000. That is a direct pass through of merchant fees on high ticket jobs, not a markup.
How often do these rates change?
These are the January 2026 posted rates. We revise the sheet when rates change and the date at the top of the rate table reflects the current revision.
Want a real number for your vehicle?
Bring it to Yorba Linda. We assess it in shop, write the estimate against these posted rates, and if a carrier is involved we deal with the adjuster directly.
All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not offer mobile, roadside or fleet route service.
