OCRV Center holds a 4.8 average across more than 200 five star reviews. This page links to every platform where those reviews live so you can read them at source rather than taking a curated selection on our own website at face value.
Every shop website publishes its best reviews. That is worth roughly nothing as evidence, because the selection is ours.
What is worth something is reading them where we cannot edit them, so this page is mostly links.
Where can I read reviews?
Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook and the RV industry listings. Google is the largest volume and the most representative. Yelp tends to surface the more detailed write ups.
Read the mediocre ones too. A shop with nothing but five stars across hundreds of reviews is either very small or curating, and neither tells you much.

What do people actually say?
The recurring themes are that we found damage other shops missed, that the estimate held, and that the vehicle fit when nowhere else could take it. Those are the three things this facility is actually built around, so it is a reasonable match.
The recurring criticism is timeline. Structural and laminate work takes longer than owners expect, and we are not always as good at setting that expectation up front as we should be.

Directly, and by phone rather than by review reply. Call (949) 799-3387 and ask for the manager. A written reply on a review platform is theatre for other readers, it does not fix anything for you.
