Beverage Delivery Truck Body Repair
Beverage bodies use multiple side bay doors that cycle constantly, and that cycling drives most of the repair work. Door tracks, rollers, latches and the surrounding frame all wear far faster than on a single rear door body.
A beverage body might have ten or twelve bay doors, each opened and closed dozens of times a day. That is an order of magnitude more cycling than a single rear roll up door sees.
Everything that wears on a beverage truck wears because of that.
What wears out on a beverage body?
Door hardware, overwhelmingly. Tracks wear their profile, rollers flat spot, latches lose engagement and the frame around each opening fatigues from the repeated loading of a door slamming.
Then the load bay floors and dividers, from product weight and hand truck contact. And the lower body, because a truck that stops constantly in urban delivery takes more low speed contact than almost anything else.

Is it worth repairing all the doors at once?

Doing them as one job shares setup and access labor. Doing them one at a time as each fails means paying that setup twelve times.
