Mobile coffee builds concentrate a lot of weight, water and electrical load in a small footprint. Espresso equipment mounting, water system structure and electrical capacity are the three recurring issues.
A commercial espresso machine is heavier than most people expect and it needs both water and substantial power. Putting all of that on a counter in a small vehicle is a structural and electrical problem before it is a coffee problem.
All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. Bring the vehicle to us and we will schedule around your operating calendar as far as the work allows.
What does espresso equipment demand?
Structural counter support, not furniture grade cabinetry. A two group machine plus a grinder plus water is a concentrated load in a small area, and counters built to residential standards deflect under it.
Electrically it is demanding too. Heating elements draw hard, and a build sized optimistically trips breakers or, worse, runs connections hot. Distribution gets sized for the actual load.

What does the build out cost and take?
Build out runs $8,500 to $60,000 and up at 60 to 350 labor hours. A coffee build is usually toward the lower half of that because the footprint is smaller than a full kitchen.
Timeline is typically three to eight weeks. Where you have events booked, tell us at scoping and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
