Repair for Delivery and Logistics Fleets
Delivery fleets accumulate low speed damage constantly: mirrors, corners, roll up doors, lift gates and box skin. Individually minor, collectively significant, and best handled on a rolling programme rather than as emergencies.
A delivery fleet does not usually have one big collision. It has forty small ones a year, and the cumulative cost of handling each as a separate emergency is far higher than running a programme.
That is the main thing we do differently for logistics operators.
What actually gets damaged on a delivery fleet?
The same six things repeatedly. Mirrors and corner strikes from tight urban access. Roll up door tracks and panels from repeated cycling. Lift gate mounting from load abuse. Box skin from dock contact. Rear corner posts. And graphics degradation from pressure washing.
None of it is dramatic. All of it compounds, and a unit that has accumulated four years of it looks considerably worse than its age.

What about electric delivery vehicles?
They change the structural assessment. On an EDV the battery pack is frequently structural, so a floor pan or underside impact is a different category of assessment than on a comparable diesel van.
High voltage disable procedure comes before any body work, and there is no shortcut around it. That adds time to the front of the job, which is worth knowing when planning downtime on an electric fleet.

Can you run a rolling repair programme?
Yes, and for a delivery fleet it is usually the right structure. Units rotate through on a schedule rather than each incident becoming an emergency.
Do you repair box bodies as well as cabs?
Yes. Box and cargo body repair runs $750 to $15,000 at 5 to 80 labor hours depending on construction and extent. Cab and box damage are separate repairs and we estimate them separately.
Do you work on electric delivery vans?
Yes. High voltage disable procedure comes first, and on an EDV where the pack is structural the assessment differs from a diesel equivalent.
Can you handle graphics rebranding across a fleet?
Yes. Fleet graphics and vinyl run $1,500 to $9,500 per unit at 10 to 45 hours, and bundling with refinish is genuinely cheaper because masking and booth time are shared.
