Who We Help / In shop only

Commercial and Business Vehicle Repair

For commercial customers the constraint is uptime, not price. We stage multi unit work so a fleet never loses every vehicle at once, bill per unit against purchase orders, and confine ourselves to body, paint, structural and equipment work rather than engine or drivetrain.

A business does not care what a repair costs nearly as much as it cares when the vehicle comes back. A truck off the road is lost revenue every day, and that changes what good service means.

What that translates to practically is staged scheduling, per unit billing and honest lead times.

Who does this cover?

Every kind of commercial operation running vehicles we work on.

  • Fleet operators and fleet managers
  • RV rental companies
  • Delivery and logistics companies
  • Construction and trade companies
  • Towing and recovery companies
  • Property management companies running service vehicles
  • Rental and leasing operations

What exactly do you do on commercial vehicles?

Body, paint, structural and equipment installation. Collision repair, cab body work, full refinish, fleet graphics, box and cargo body repair, lift gate installation, service body mounting, emergency lighting and DOT compliance marking.

What we do not do is engine work, drivetrain work or DOT inspections. On a unit needing both mechanical and body work you will be dealing with two suppliers, and we would rather say that before you book than after.

Our Process and Timeline

Shop hours and calendar days are different things. These are the stages and the realistic duration of each.

  1. 01

    Fleet assessment and staging plan

Units assessed and a sequence agreed so the fleet keeps operating throughout rather than going down together.

    2 to 5 days
  2. 02

    Per unit estimates

Each unit estimated separately against posted rates so it can be billed against its own purchase order.

    1 to 3 days
  3. 03

    Staged repair

Work runs in the agreed batches. Typically one to four weeks per unit depending on scope.

    Varies by fleet size
  4. 04

    Return to service

Each unit inspected and returned as it completes rather than held until the whole batch finishes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around our operating schedule?

Yes, that is the main thing we do differently for fleets. Work is staged in batches so you never drop below the number of units you need running.

Do you handle purchase orders and per unit invoicing?

Yes. Each unit is estimated and invoiced separately so it can be tracked against its own PO.

Do you do engine or drivetrain work on commercial trucks?

No. Body, paint, structural and equipment installation only. No engine, no drivetrain, no DOT inspections.

How long per unit?

One to four weeks for body and paint depending on scope. Structural work runs longer. We give per unit ranges so you can plan the rotation.
