Who We Help / In shop only
RV, Camper and Van Owners in Yorba Linda
Individual owners are the largest group we work with. The constraint that matters is displacement. Someone living in the coach full time has a housing problem while it is in shop, and someone using it four weekends a year has a scheduling problem. Those need different handling.
The repair on a coach somebody lives in and the repair on one that sits in storage eleven months a year can be identical work and completely different problems for the owner.
These pages cover what actually changes by ownership type, and who within this group we work with.
Who does this cover?
Every kind of private ownership. The scheduling and communication differ substantially between them.
- Full time RVers and snowbirds living in the vehicle
- Weekend and seasonal RV owners
- Camper and fifth wheel owners
- Sprinter and camper van owners, stock and converted
- Overland and adventure travellers with heavy aftermarket builds
- Vintage and classic RV enthusiasts
- Truck camper owners
- Toy hauler owners using the garage for its intended purpose
What do private owners get wrong most often?
Not documenting aftermarket work before a loss. Solar, lithium, cabinetry, racks and conversion work are frequently invisible to a carrier, and after a collision it is far too late to prove what was there.
Second is deferring seal maintenance. A roof reseal at $750 to $4,500 prevents a delamination at $1,500 to $20,000. Nearly every delamination repair we perform traces back to a sealant years past its service life.

Who This Covers
Frequently Asked Questions
I live in my RV full time. Where do I stay during the repair?
That is the first thing we work out, because it changes the schedule. We give you the realistic range at intake rather than at week five, and we stage work so a full timer is not displaced longer than necessary.
Do you work on customer pay jobs or only insurance?
Both, at the same posted rates. Our rate does not change between insurance and customer pay work.
Should I document my upgrades even without a claim?
Yes, today. Photograph and itemise everything with receipts and send the schedule to your agent. After a loss it is far harder and frequently too late.
Can you work on a vehicle that is my only home?
Yes, and we prioritise the sequencing on those jobs. It is still weeks on a structural repair, and we will tell you that plainly before you commit.
