Camper van and Sprinter repair, builds and upgrades
Plenty of shops can fix a stock van. Very few understand a modified camper van, a Sprinter conversion, a lithium bank and a roof array, and fewer still know how to document that build so a carrier actually pays for it.
The most expensive mistake in van collision work is letting the conversion get torn down before it is itemized. Once the van is in pieces, proving what was in it is close to impossible. We photograph and itemize before anything comes apart.

Expert RV and motorhome collision repair
From Class A diesel pushers and luxury fifth wheels down to Class B and C coaches, we have the bay length, the booth size and the structural equipment to take on work that a general body shop cannot physically fit, let alone repair.
One thing worth knowing before you get an estimate anywhere: on a laminated coach the visible damage is routinely less than half the real damage. That is not a sales line, it is how a bonded sidewall transmits force. Teardown is what produces a real number.

We speak insurance so you do not have to
The single most common question we get is why an estimate went up after teardown. Here is the honest mechanism, and no shop in this market explains it on their site.
An initial estimate is written from what is visible. Teardown removes the skin and exposes what the impact actually did. A supplement documents that with photographs and measurements and goes to the carrier for approval before the work is performed. A supplement is not a shop adding charges. It is the carrier being shown what was actually broken. A shop that never writes supplements is either not tearing vehicles down or is absorbing the difference in repair quality.

04 / Pricing
Every service, with a price range and a labor hour range
Price ranges alone are easy to publish and hard to verify. Hours are what let you check the arithmetic. A front cap replacement at 30 to 120 hours times $210 per hour is a figure you can test, not a number you have to trust.
Estimates are prepared in shop. An RV systems estimate is $150 and an in depth diagnostic is $285, both refundable as a credit against an authorized repair.

05 / Why OCRV Center
What actually makes this shop different
- 01
One location, every repair
Collision, paint, fiberglass, frame straightening, electrical and custom fabrication all happen here. Your coach is not shuttled between three subcontractors while the calendar runs.
- 02
Published rates and hours
Four posted labor rates and an hour range on every operation. You can check the arithmetic on any figure we give you.
- 03
Measurement before opinion
Structural work starts with a dimensional survey against factory specification, and the before and after record goes home with the vehicle.
- 04
Aftermarket documented first
Solar, lithium, cabinetry and racks are photographed and itemized at intake, which is the only point where that evidence is still easy to produce.
- 05
Capacity that fits the vehicle
35,000 sq ft with two 65 foot heated downdraft booths. Length and height are the reason most shops turn this work away.
- 06
In shop only, deliberately
No mobile crews and no roadside work. Structural repair, paint and LP work need equipment, controlled temperature and a floor that does not move.
06 / Process
Where the days actually go
Shop hours and calendar days are different things. A 60 hour repair is not eight days, because carrier approval and parts sit in between. This is the real stage breakdown.
Most moderate claims run three to six weeks. Structural claims run longer, and we tell you that at intake rather than at week five.
The full process and timelines- 011 day
Intake and documentation
The vehicle is photographed inside and out and any aftermarket build is itemized before anything is touched.
- 022 to 5 days
Estimate and carrier submission
A written estimate goes to your carrier with the documentation attached. We deal with the adjuster directly.
- 031 to 2 days
Teardown
Damaged assemblies come off and hidden damage is exposed, photographed and measured.
- 043 to 7 days
Supplement approval
Newly found damage is submitted with evidence. No supplemental work starts before the carrier approves it.
- 055 to 15 days
Parts and structural repair
Parts ordered, structural correction performed and re measured against factory specification.
- 065 to 20 days
Body, paint and reassembly
Panel work, refinish in a 65 foot downdraft booth, and reassembly with new seals rather than reused ones.
- 071 to 2 days
Quality control and delivery
Multi point inspection, ADAS recalibration where equipped, and delivery with the full documentation package.

Real customers. Real results.
4.8 from 200+ reviews
They handled my fifth wheel insurance claim from start to finish. The adjuster had written it at about a third of what the damage actually was, and once OCRV tore it down and sent photos the supplement went through without a fight.
Dan R., Anaheim
My Sprinter build has solar, a lithium bank and custom cabinetry. They photographed every bit of it before touching anything, which is apparently the reason my carrier actually paid for the conversion work.
Marisol T., Yorba Linda
We run a small delivery fleet and they staged the work so we never had more than two trucks down at once. That scheduling alone was worth more to us than the price difference.
Greg H., Irvine
The front cap on our Class A had cracks radiating from the window corner and two previous shops just filled them. OCRV found the framing underneath had fatigued. Fixed the cause, then the crack. It has not come back.
Patricia L., Brea

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does RV collision repair cost in Yorba Linda?
Between $1,000 and $150,000 or more, at 5 to 800 or more labor hours. Our posted body and paint rate is $210 per hour with paint supplies at $55 per paint hour. Minor impacts cluster around $1,000 to $5,000, moderate damage around $5,000 to $20,000, and structural work starts near $20,000. Every figure is labor hours times a posted rate.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We bill Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, Mercury, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Wawanesa, Foremost, National General, CSAA, American Family, Tesla, Cincinnati and others directly, and we handle the adjuster communication so you do not have to.
Why did my estimate go up after teardown?
An initial estimate is written from visible damage. Teardown exposes what the impact actually did underneath, which on a laminated RV sidewall is routinely far more than what shows. A supplement documents the new findings with photographs and measurements and goes to your carrier for approval before that work is performed.
Do you offer mobile or on site repair?
No. All work is performed at our Yorba Linda facility. Structural repair, refinishing and LP work need anchored equipment, controlled temperature and a floor that does not move, none of which exists in a parking lot.
What does an estimate cost?
Collision estimates are prepared in shop and insurance walk ins are welcome. An RV systems estimate covering slides, awnings, water, electrical and generators is $150. An in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both are refundable as a credit against an authorized repair.
Can you handle custom camper van builds and modifications?
Yes, and we document them properly. Solar arrays, lithium banks, cabinetry and roof racks are photographed and itemized at intake, before anything is disassembled. That is the only point in the process where the evidence a carrier needs is still easy to produce.
What types of vehicles do you repair?
RVs and motorhomes, campers, fifth wheels, travel trailers and toy haulers, Sprinter and camper vans, cargo and commercial vans, box trucks and semis, buses and municipal fleet vehicles, Rivian and electric delivery vehicles, mobile business vehicles, and utility and equipment trailers.
Do you work on engines or drivetrains?
No. On commercial trucks and fleet vehicles we perform body, paint, structural and equipment installation only. We do not perform engine work, drivetrain work or DOT inspections.
How long will my vehicle be in the shop?
Most moderate insurance claims run three to six weeks end to end. Structural claims run six to sixteen weeks. Shop hours are usually the smaller part of that. Carrier approval and parts lead time on caps, glass and structural components drive the calendar.
What if my insurance company wants me to use a different shop?
In California you choose the repair facility. A carrier can recommend a shop, it cannot require one. We work directly with every major carrier regardless of network status.
Can you repair a vehicle another shop already worked on?
Yes, and it is a meaningful share of our work. Previous improper repair is measurable. We document the existing condition with a dimensional survey first so there is no ambiguity about what we inherited.
Where exactly are you located?
OCRV Center is at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, minutes from the 91 and 57 freeways with access from Interstate 5 and the 405. Call (949) 799-3387. The yard and bays are sized for a 45 foot coach.
Ready to get a real number?
