Frequently Asked Questions

What services does OCRV Center actually perform in house?

Collision and structural repair, frame straightening, fiberglass and delamination work, paint and refinishing, roof, slide out and awning systems, electrical, generator, plumbing and appliance work, interior remodeling, custom fabrication, detailing and in shop inspection. All of it happens at the Yorba Linda facility.

What do you not do?

On commercial trucks and fleet vehicles we perform body, paint, structural and equipment installation only. We do not perform engine work, drivetrain work or DOT inspections. We also do not offer mobile, roadside or fleet route service. Everything is performed in shop.

How are your services priced?

Labor hours times a posted rate. Body and paint is $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical is $260, diagnostics is $285 and detail is $95. Every service page carries a price range and a labor hour range so you can check the arithmetic.

Can you handle multiple services on one vehicle at once?

Yes, and that is the point of a single facility. A coach that needs collision repair, a slide rebuild, a roof reseal and an electrical fault fixed does not get shuttled between three subcontractors while the calendar runs.

Do you work on vehicles other shops have turned away?

Regularly. Length, height and structural equipment are the usual reasons a general body shop declines RV work. A 45 foot coach fits here, and so does the equipment needed to measure and correct its frame.
